Welcome to the Josephs Toolbox project! We have gone through many iterations of this website over the years, most recently idle for more than a year. But we have never forgotten our mission but have followed a number of dead ends and had to backtrack to our roots in order to continue. Although some religious groups seem to be the most vocal about life issues, we feel that life issues are of interest to everyone and therefore are overwhelmingly "Human Issues".

Respectable Uninvolvement

 "Does one person ever gain from another persons death?"  We are going to dig for issues and always request opposing views. We will also regularly visit pro-euthanasia and pro-abortion websites to try and understand their point of view. We will do this not to get fuel for our fire, but to gain insight and sight as the Buddhist tradition expresses so well "You are blind until you can look into the face of a stranger and see yourself."

Regarding the inner life!

"The Soul of the Apostolate". 

     This is one of the must read books that deal with our inner life. Written in the shadows of World War I and persecution of the Church, Dom Jean-Baptiste Chautard deals with the timeless issues of life. The book has been kept in copyright so we cannot offer the complete work on the website but here are a few quotes from the book.
